Genus. in 1932 in the ESSR, Tartu; Estonian. Higher education; electrical engineer, assistant at the Department of Automation of the Polytechnic Institute. Lived in the ESSR, Tallinn.
Arrested 12/13/1974. Sentenced by the Supreme Court of the ESSR on October 31, 1975 under Art. 68 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the ESSR, 207 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the ESSR for 6 years of penal colony. He served his term in the Perm camps, camps No. 36, 35. After his release he returned to Tallinn, 1 year and 3 months under supervision. After perestroika, he was one of the founders of the National Independence Party of Estonia.
