Genus. in 1936 in Moscow, Russian, b/p, higher education - Faculty of Physics of Kuban State University, engineer at a research institute, author of scientific works. Before his arrest he worked as an elevator operator. Arrested on January 6, 1983 in Krasnodar. Convicted by the Prikubansky District Court on May 5, 1983 under Article 190-1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to indefinite compulsory treatment. Sent to a special psychiatric hospital in Chernyakhovsk, Kaliningrad region. In December 1984 he was transferred to the Krasnodar City Psychiatric Hospital. He was discharged on November 10, 1987 with a special registration at a mental hospital. On April 14, 1988, the case was closed by the prosecutor's office of the Prikubansky district of Krasnodar. Died 06/22/1991.Author of the monograph: E.A. Nelepin. Theory of motion. The nature of motion and a device for demonstrating relativistic effects. Ed. Leningrad Branch of the Academy of Sciences of the RSFSR, 1992.
