Born in 1925 in Leningrad. Associate Professor of the Philosophy Department at the Herzen Leningrad Pedagogical Institute. Lived at 20 Kirillovskaya St., Apt. 15. Arrested on 26 August 1967 and charged under Article 70, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR; his actions were subsequently reclassified under Article 190-1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. According to the conclusion of the forensic psychiatric examination of 19 October 1967, he was recognized as suffering from a mental illness. On 24 November 1967, the criminal case was terminated in accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 5 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the RSFSR on the basis of paragraphs 2 a and 4 of the Decree of the Supreme Council of the USSR of 31 October 1967. He was released from custody and transferred to a medical facility for treatment. 03/11/1992 the criminal case was closed.
