Osadchy Mikhail Grigorievich

Born on March 22, 1936 in the Ukrainian SSR, Sumy region, Nedrigailovsky district, Kurmany village; Ukrainian; higher education; graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of Lviv University; member CPSU (from 1962 until the first arrest); journalist, senior Lecturer at the Department of Journalism at the State University, press instructor at the Lvov Regional Party Committee. Candidate of Philological Sciences Lived in Lvov. Arrested on August 27, 1965. Sentenced by the Lvov Regional Court on April 18, 1966 under Article 62 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 2 years in a penal colony. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga. In 1972 - editor at the Regional Press Administration. Lived in Lvov. Arrested on January 13, 1972. Sentenced by the Lvov Regional Court on September 5, 1972 under Art. 62 Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 7 years of penal colony and 3 years of exile. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga and his exile in the Komi Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.
