Genus. in 1928 in the Tyumen region, Tobolsk district, Yarkovo village; Russian; 4th grade education; bricklayer SU-1 of Trust No. 2. Lived in Omsk.Arrested on June 30, 1962. Sentenced by the Omsk Regional Court on November 16, 1962 under Article 70, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, 72, 198 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 7 years in a penal colony. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga. November 21, 1979 Convicted by the Omsk Regional Court under Art. 142 part 2, 190–1, 227 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (“violation of the laws on the separation of church from state and school from church”, “dissemination of deliberately false fabrications discrediting the Soviet state and social system”, “attack on personality and rights citizens under the guise of performing religious rites") for 5 years with confiscation of property. Released in 1984 Rehabilitated on October 10, 1991, by a resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the USSR, the sentence in part of Articles 70 and 72 was canceled and the case was dismissed for lack of corpus delicti; the rest of the sentence was upheld.
