Deputy head of the hospital of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Novgorod region. Lived in Novgorod. Arrested on May 1, 1984 in Kyiv. Sentenced by the judicial panel for criminal cases of the Kyiv City Court on June 17, 1987 under Art. Art. 190-1, 187-1 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 4, 5 years of prison-psychiatric isolation and compulsory medical measures. On August 29, 1988, compulsory treatment was canceled. Released on September 23, 1988. Rehabilitated on October 5, 1989 by the Supreme Court of the Ukrainian SSR.
