Genus. in 1945 in Omsk; Russian; 9th grade education; mechanic at a factory for primary wool processing. In 1969 sentenced under a common crime to correctional labor. Lived in Omsk. Arrested on 03/13/1970. Sentenced by the Omsk Regional Court on 03/04/1971 under Article 70 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, 131 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 4 years in a penal colony. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga (Barashevo, l/p No. 3) and Perm camps (Chusovskoy district, p/o Kopalno, village Kuchino, VS-389/36). Released on June 13, 1974.Subsequently, he was sentenced again to 10 years in a general regime penal colony, and was released under the amnesty decree of 1987. 12/27/1989 from ITK 644062 UH 16/3, Omsk.
