Born in 1948 in the Latvian SSR, Stuchkinsky district, Skriveri village; Latvian; secondary education; carpenter SU-60. Lived in Latvian SSR, Riga.Arrested on June 27, 1972. Sentenced by the Supreme Court of the Latvian SSR on November 3, 1972 under Article 65, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Latvian SSR, 67, 183-2 of the Criminal Code of the Latvian SSR to 4 years in a penal colony. He served his sentence in the Perm camps.
