Genus. in 1935 in the city of Kuibyshev (now Samara); Russian; higher education, graduated from the Kuibyshev Polytechnic Institute; petroleum engineer, deputy Head of the cluster information center of the Kuibyshevneft association. In 1976 he became one of the founders and ideological leader of the Marxist circle in Kuibyshev. Founder of the Party of the Dictatorship of the Proletariat (PDP). Arrested on December 15, 1981. Sentenced by the Kuibyshev Regional Court on November 3, 1982 under Article 70 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 7 years in a penal colony and 5 years in exile. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga. Released in March 1987 by pardon. Rehabilitated on April 27, 1992 by the conclusion of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation.
