Genus. in 1942 in the Latvian SSR, Cesis; Latvian; 11th grade student in high school. Arrested 10/12/1961. Sentenced by the Supreme Court of the Latvian SSR on February 19, 1962 under Article 65 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Latvian SSR to 3 years in a penal colony. Served his sentence in Dubravlaga - No. 17, 11, 3. Released on 10/14/1964.
