Genus. in 1937 in the Ukrainian SSR, Lviv region, Gorodok district, Burtal village; Ukrainian; higher education, graduated from the Lvov Polytechnic Institute in 1959; engineer-geologist, engineer-surveyor at the design institute "Kievoblproekt". Lived in the Ukrainian SSR, Kyiv. Arrested on August 28, 1965. Sentenced by the Kyiv Regional Court on March 25, 1966. under Article 62 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR by 1 year of the ITC. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga. With the start of the campaign against the Ukrainian Helsinki Group, in the fall of 1977 he was arrested and sentenced to 7 years on trumped-up charges of “appropriation of state property through abuse of official position” (Article 84 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR). He was kept in the maximum security zone IN-316/93 in the village. Novodanilovka, Kazankovsky district in Mykolaiv region. Released in 1983. Died on November 25, 2019 in the USA.
