Genus. in 1966 in the village. Birlik, Moyynkum district, Dzhambul region, Kazakh SSR. In the fall of 1986, he entered the Alma-Ata Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering (AACI). Participant in the December 1986 events in Alma-Ata, for participation in which he was sentenced on June 16, 1987 by the criminal panel of the Supreme Court of the Kazakh SSR to capital punishment - the death penalty, which was then replaced by twenty years in prison. He died in the Semipalatinsk prison on the way to the place of imprisonment under circumstances that were not fully clarified. In 1992, he was posthumously completely rehabilitated. In 1996, by Decree of the President of Kazakhstan, he was posthumously awarded the title “Halyk Kaharmany” (People’s Hero).
