Sentenced by the Leningrad City Court on April 20, 1964 under Article 70 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, 180 Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 6 years in a penal colony. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga. Resolution of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR dated February 10, 1965. Article 70 Part 1 was excluded from the sentence. Commission PVS Mord. ASSR dated November 23, 1967 the period was reduced to 1 year 1 month 6 days. By the decision of the Zubovo-Polyansky District Court of Mord. ASSR dated November 23, 1967 assigned to parole. Released on November 28, 1967.
