Genus. in 1929 in the Latvian SSR, Latvian, incomplete secondary education, unemployed, worker. Arrested on December 24, 1955. in the Valmiera district of the Latvian SSR on suspicion of terrorism. Convicted in 1956 Military Tribunal of the Baltic Military District under Articles 58-8, 58-11 to 10 years in the penal colony. He served his sentence in the Mordovian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, Zubovo-Polyansky district, village. Yavas, l/p 7, 11. Released on December 24, 1965.
