Genus. in 1948 in Sukhumi, Pole. Translator. Before his arrest, he worked as a loader in a store. Arrested in January 1980 in Riga. The investigation was led by the Riga Prosecutor's Office. Sent for compulsory treatment to a special psychiatric hospital. Released in December 1980. After liberation, he lived in Riga and was a member of the Popular Front of Latvia.
