Born in 1948 in Sukhumi; Polish. Translator. Before his arrest, he worked as a loader in a store. He was arrested in January 1980 in Riga. The investigation was conducted by the Riga Prosecutor's Office. He was sent for compulsory treatment to a special psychiatric hospital. He was released in December 1980. After his release, he lived in Riga and was a member of the Popular Front of Latvia.
