Spinenko Vasily Nikolaevich
Member of the "Revolutionary Party of Intellectualists of the Soviet Union" ("Legion of Intellectuals") - 1970-1971.
Genus. in 1947 in the Donetsk region. In 1965 he entered the Donetsk Polytechnic Institute. At the end of the 1960s. formed from students and young workers the group “Legion of Intellectuals” (“Revolutionary Party of Intellectuals of the Soviet Union”), which consisted of several people from the Donetsk and Sverdlovsk regions, including Davydenko (Davidenko) G.M. and Semiletov V.V. Arrested on March 12, 1971, accused of anti-Soviet agitation and propaganda. By decision of a closed court in December 1972, to which he was not summoned, he was sent for treatment to the Dnepropetrovsk Special Psychiatric Hospital. For 17 years he was in various mental hospitals. In August 1988 he was released from a special psychiatric hospital. Lived in the city of Makeevka, Donetsk region. He published a number of memoirs in one of the Makeyevka Russian-language newspapers.
