Genus. 08/24/1948 in the Ukrainian SSR, Crimean region, Sevastopol; Russian; prisoner, twice convicted on ordinary criminal charges. He wrote letters to Amnesty International and inserted anti-Soviet leaflets into finished products produced by prisoners. According to V.V. Danilov, in 1973 he was in the Dnepropetrovsk Republican Psychiatric Hospital for compulsory treatment. Sentenced by the Dnepropetrovsk Regional Court on June 13, 1975 under Article 62 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR, 142 Part 2, 183, 223 Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 13 years in a penal colony, with the addition of the unserved term, a total of 15 years. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga and Vladimir prison. By the ruling of the Supreme Court of the Ukrainian SSR dated October 20, 1977. Art. 62 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR was reclassified to Art. 187–1 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR (“deliberately false fabrications discrediting the Soviet state and social system”), the total term was reduced to 13 years. 01/23/1978 sent to a general criminal camp to serve the remainder of his sentence.
