Arrested 03/18/1985. Sentenced by the Leningrad City Court on 01/03/1986 under Article 70 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 5 years in a penal colony and 2 years in exile. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga. By decree of the PVS of the USSR dated 02/02/1987, he was pardoned.
