Genus. in 1940 in the Leningrad region, Pargolovsky district, Gorskaya village; Russian; secondary specialized education; draftsman, general worker at the Liftstroymontazh trust. Lived in Leningrad. Arrested 02/09/1962. Sentenced by the Leningrad City Court on April 6, 1962 under Art. 70 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR for 2.5 years of penal colony. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga and Vladimir prison. Released in the summer of 1964. Emigrated to Israel in November 1976. Rehabilitated on November 12, 1992 by the conclusion of the St. Petersburg prosecutor’s office on the basis of the “Law on the Rehabilitation of Victims of Political Repression.”
