Genus. in 1943 in Moscow, Russian, military personnel, secondary education, soldier of military unit 32103 GSVG (Group of Soviet Forces in Germany). Arrested on March 16, 1962 in the GDR for attempting to escape abroad. Convicted on November 27, 1963 by a military tribunal under Article 15, 64 "a" of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years in a penal colony. 08/25/1967. The Supreme Court of the USSR reduced the term to 6 years. He was kept in ITU ZHKH-385, ITC No. 11. Released on March 15, 1969. Returned to Moscow. In 1973 he graduated from the Moscow Civil Engineering Institute.
