Utevsky Lev Evgenievich
Genus. in 1935 in Leningrad. In 1979-1980 gave lectures on Judaism and Jewish history at an informal Jewish seminar. At the end of 1980 he repatriated to Israel. He worked at the University of Be'er Sheva (1981-1985) and in the research department of Bromine Compounds. Participated in the movement in defense of Soviet Jews in Israel, the USA, England and Canada. Published illustrations for the Bible, made in the USSR, in the booklets “Return” (Tel Aviv, 1982) and “Purim” (Jerusalem, 1982). Illustrations for the Bible, made in Israel, published in the books “The Subtle Voice of Silence” (St. Petersburg , 1999) and “This is not the time to bow down on me” (Jerusalem, 2004). Author of articles on Judaism and Jewish history published in the magazines "Time to Search" and "New Century".
