Genus. in 1933 in Leningrad, Russian, higher legal education; member CPSU; lawyer. Lived in Leningrad, Slavy Ave., 7, bldg. 1, kV. 97. Arrested 02/12/1969 KGB under the Council of Ministers of the USSR for the Leningrad Region. Charged under Art. 70 Part 1 of the Criminal Code. Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Leningrad City Court on September 26, 1969. sentenced to 6 years in prison in a maximum security prison. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga, Vladimir prison, and Perm camps. Rehabilitated on December 28, 1992. The conclusion of the prosecutor's office of St. Petersburg on the basis of Article 1 of the Decree of January 16, 1989. In 1981 left the USSR, lived in Italy.
