Genus. in 1935 in Minsk, Russian, member of the Komsomol, higher education, journalist. He worked as a correspondent for the regional newspaper "Khorezmskaya Pravda" in the city of Urgench, Uzbek SSR. Arrested by the Khorezm Regional KGB on May 20, 1962. in Urgench. Released from prison, "convicted" at a city meeting of the intelligentsia. He was fired from his job and left the city.
