Genus. in 1940 in Stalingrad; In 1960 he graduated from the Barnaul Construction College. In 1965-1972 lived in Crimea, since 1972 - in Moscow. Software engineer. In 1977-1983 - manager of the project created with funds from A.I. Solzhenitsyn Russian Public Fund for Assistance to Political Prisoners and Their Families. Lived in Moscow. Arrested 04/07/1983. Sentenced by the Moscow City Court on December 15, 1983 under Art. 190-1 by 3 years of ITC. In a camp in Norilsk he was accused of malicious violation of the regime, and in April 1986 he was sentenced to a new 3-year term. Released at the end of March 1987. Since May 1987 he has lived in Paris.
