Khaibulin Boris Khaidarovich (in the world), Barsanuphius, Fr.
Genus. in 1937 in Moscow, Tatar, b/p. Student at Leningrad State University. Arrested on June 20, 1957 for participation in the sub-group “Union of Communists”. Sentenced by the Leningrad City Court on September 19, 1957 under Art. 58-10 part 1, 58-11 to 5 years in labor camp. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga. Released on June 20, 1962. He settled in the city of Alexandrov, Vladimir region, then in Zagorsk, Moscow region. In 1970 he graduated from the Theological Seminary and Theological Academy and became a priest. In the early 1970s. collaborated in the samizdat Russian national magazine "Veche". In 1976-1978 participated in the creation of the unofficial organization "Christian Committee for the Defense of the Rights of Believers." He died on 02/07/2015 in the village of Tsikul, Gus-Khrustalny district, Vladimir region.
