Re-convicted on March 17, 1987. Simferopol District Court for 2.5 years in a strict regime penal colony. He was kept in the Kherson region, institution YuZ-90. 08/30/1987 by order of the USSR PVS dated June 18, 1987. the amnesty was aimed at construction of the national economy in the Buryat Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. Released on May 17, 1989. After his release, he worked at the Crimean Philharmonic in Simferopol.
