In 1977, from the 10th grade of school No. 239 in Leningrad, he was forcibly placed in a mental hospital. The reason for his hospitalization was his distribution of Kropotkin’s works. Arrested on April 19, 1979 right outside Skobov’s courthouse, immediately after he testified as a witness. Shortly before his arrest, he submitted an application to the registry office to register his marriage. Registration was scheduled for May 25. His marriage is registered. In July 1979 he was sentenced to 6 years of enhanced security.
