Genus. 05/01/1939 in the city of Kirovobad, Azerbaijan SSR; Russian; b/p; Higher education, mechanical engineer. Worked as a technical engineer. supervision of pipelines in the Specialized Commissioning Department of the Ministry of Oil and Gasprom, Mangyshlak section. Arrested on January 5, 1978 in Mangyshlak, Kazakh SSR, on charges of organizing an anti-Soviet group. Sent for compulsory psychiatric treatment. Contained from 1978 to 1987. in Mangyshlak OPD, Kuibyshev OPB No. 1, Kazan St. Petersburg, Moscow PB No. 14. 11/22/1980 together with Pribytkov L.S., Zotov M.V. and Ryabova M. signed two appeals to the governments of the USSR, the USA and UNESCO member countries regarding measures to establish mutual trust. Released on January 31, 1987 as a result of the Amnesty International campaign. After his release, he lived in Samara under supervision. At the end of 1994 he left for America.
