Genus. in 1947 in Ivanovo, Russian, unemployed, secondary education, waiter, worked as a watchman in private security. Arrested on February 23, 1980. distribution of anti-Soviet leaflets. Convicted on 08.08.1980. Ivanovo Regional Court under Articles 191-1, 206-2 to 5 years in a high-security penitentiary. Contained in special psychiatric hospitals ITU-4 in Tyumen, in Verkhneuralsk, Chelyabinsk region, p. Raslovo, Sudislavsky district, Kostroma region, in the Shuiskaya St. Petersburg, Ivanovo region. Released in July 1990. He lived in the city of Kokhma, Ivanovo region, worked at a private enterprise. Member of the NTS.
