Genus. 03/20/1934 in Donetsk, Ukrainian SSR. Ukrainian. Higher education - in 1956 he graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of Kyiv University. Member of the CPSU from 1960 to 1980. Journalist. Lived in Kyiv. Worked Art. engineer of the press group ONTI Association "Electronmash". Arrested 04/14/1980 for participation in the 2nd edition of the "Ukrainian Herald". Sentenced by the Lvov Regional Court on December 24, 1980 under Article 62 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 7 years in a penitentiary and 4 years in exile. He served his term in the Perm camps - ВС-389/37. He was released on 02/05/1987 by pardon by the Decree of the USSR PVS of 02/02/1987. He returned to Kyiv, worked as a loader, participated in the political life of Ukraine - a member of the Kyiv city district election commission for the election of the President of Ukraine.
