Genus. 02/06/1946, Leningrad; Jew; incomplete higher education; 5th year student at the Electrical Engineering Institute. Arrested 08/12/1969. Sentenced by the Leningrad City Court on January 30, 1970 under Art. 70 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR for 3 years of penal colony. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga and Vladimir prison. Released on August 12, 1972. Lived in Luga. In July 1973 he was sentenced to six months in prison. Rehabilitated on December 28, 1992 by the conclusion of the St. Petersburg prosecutor’s office on the basis of the “Law on the Rehabilitation of Victims of Political Repression.” In 1997 he lived in Israel.
