Genus. in 1906 in Dvinsk (now Daugavpils, Latvia). He was a member of the Komsomol organization of Latvia since 1926. He was persecuted by the police for his activities in legal workers' organizations. In 1927, by order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Latvia, he left Latvia. Worker at the Burevestnik factory. Lived in Moscow at the address: Tekstilshchiki village, 3, apt. 8, then in the Central Telegraph building on the street. Gorky, 7. Arrested on January 14, 1938 after reporting to the party organization of the Burevestnik factory about the arrest of his brother G.I. Goldin. Died in custody from pneumonia on February 23, 1942. Rehabilitated in 1957
