On March 13, 1964, the Dzerzhinsky District Court of Leningrad convicted under the Decree “On strengthening the fight against persons evading socially useful labor” dated May 4, 1961 (actually: uncensored poetry). Sentenced to 5 years of forced labor in the North. Pardoned in 1965.
