Sentenced by the Military Tribunal of the Military District on July 29, 1941 under Art. 58-10 and 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. Sentenced to 5 years in labor camp. Rehabilitated on December 6, 1956 by the Supreme Court of the USSR.
