He was active in revolutionary activities, was repeatedly arrested, and was in exile. Since 1920, at party work in Petrograd/Leningrad, in 1927-1928. - Commissioner of the People's Commissariat of Trade of the USSR for the Leningrad Region. In 1927-1937 - candidate member of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks. Since 1928 - Chairman of the Central Black Earth Regional Executive Committee. Since 1929 - Deputy People's Commissar of Foreign and Domestic Trade of the USSR, since 1930 - Chairman of the West Siberian Regional Executive Committee. Lived in Novosibirsk, st. Rabochaya, 8. Arrested on August 10, 1937. Sentenced by the All-Russian Military Commission of the USSR on 02/08/1938 on charges of participation in the revolutionary revolution. terrorist organization to VMN. Shot on February 10, 1938. Burial place - Moscow region, Kommunarka. Rehabilitated in March 1956 by the USSR Air Force.
