On April 8, 1937, the Special Collegium of the Leningrad Regional Court to 8 years in labor camp with a loss of rights for 5 years, on release from prison on November 5, 1945, on re-arrest on February 20, 1950 by the MGB as a socially dangerous person, on deportation to a settlement by a special Meeting at the USSR Ministry of State Security in the Karaganda region for belonging to the Trotskyist-Zinoviev group and on rehabilitation Guseva A.S. by the decision of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR of 10/22/1957 and the ruling of the Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR of 01/27/1958 (1 sheet, photocopy).

Arrested for participation in the counter-revolutionary Trotskyist-Zinoviev group and anti-Soviet agitation. Convicted by the Special Collegium of the Leningrad Regional Court on 04/08/1937 to 8 years in a labor camp with disqualification for 5 years. Released from prison on November 5, 1945. He worked as a chemical engineer at the Ukhta Oil and Gas Survey Group. Arrested again on February 20, 1950 by the MGB as a socially dangerous person. He was expelled to a settlement by a special Meeting of the USSR Ministry of State Security in the Karaganda region for belonging to the Trotskyist-Zinoviev group. Rehabilitated by the resolution of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR dated October 22, 1957 and the ruling of the Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR dated January 27, 1958.
