Genus. in 1904 in Pokrovsk (Engels), Ukrainian, member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) in 1926-1936, party organizer depot art. Volkhovstroy, lived there, st. Dzerzhinsky, 223, apt. 20. Arrested 10/05/1936. On September 22, 1938, the visiting session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR in Leningrad sentenced under Art. Art. 58-7-8-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Shot in Leningrad on September 23, 1938.
