Genus. in 1888 in the Libavsk volost of the Grobino-Gazenpot district of the Kurland province; Latvian; secondary education; b/p. Teacher at the Machinery School, military technician of the first rank. Lived in Kronstadt, Oktyabrskaya str., 5, apt. 23. Arrested 02/28/1938. Sentenced by the Baltic Fleet on March 4, 1939 to 10 years in labor camp. He was imprisoned at the LBC (Soroki station). At the beginning of the war he was transferred to the Komi camps. Died in custody on 02/05/1942. Rehabilitated by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on December 8, 1956.
