Genus. in 1888 in St. Petersburg. Nobleman, naval midshipman (1909), midshipman (1910), navigator officer 2nd rank (1913), lieutenant (1913). Since 1918 in the service of the RKKF; in September-December 1918 he served in the Main Directorate of Shipbuilding. 08/02/1919 arrested in Moscow and imprisoned in Butyrka prison. Released. From November 1919 on the Dnieper flotilla, in 1920 chief of staff, in 1920-1921. commander of the Azov military flotilla. Since May 1921, head of the operational department of the MSChM headquarters, since July 1922, head of the surveillance and communications service of the MSFM. In 1926, he was dismissed from service, arrested on May 24, 1926, accused of belonging to an anti-Soviet group of monarchist-minded command staff of the Black Sea Fleet. Convicted by a resolution of a special meeting at the OGPU Collegium dated September 18, 1926 under Art. 60 and 10-108 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to imprisonment in a concentration camp for 3 years. After serving his sentence in the Solovetsky camps, by decision of a special meeting at the OGPU Collegium dated 06/07/1929, he was exiled to Siberia (Omsk region) for 3 years. By decision of the Supreme Court of the USSR No. 4n-846/59 dated May 28, 1959, he was rehabilitated. Since the late 1940s. lived in the Bryansk region, in the city of Trubchevsk.
