Genus. in 1888 in St. Petersburg. Nobleman, naval midshipman (1909), midshipman (1910), navigator officer 2nd rank (1913), lieutenant (1913). Convicted by a resolution of a special meeting at the OGPU Collegium dated September 18, 1926 under Art. 60 and 10-108 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to imprisonment in a concentration camp for 3 years. After serving his sentence in the Solovetsky camps, by decision of a special meeting at the OGPU Collegium dated 06/07/1929, he was exiled to Siberia (Omsk region) for 3 years. By decision of the Supreme Court of the USSR No. 4n-846/59 dated May 28, 1959, he was rehabilitated. Since the late 1940s. lived in the Bryansk region, in the city of Trubchevsk.
