Genus. in 1888 in Baku, from the philistines. Party member since April 1917. In 1919 - head of the political department of the 4th division, then of the 46th division. Since 1925 - in Leningrad at household work. From August 1931 to March 1934 - director of the Krasny Vyborgets plant, from March 1934 to July 1937 - director of the Proletarsky Labor factory. Arrested on 03/06/1938 by the NKVD in the Leningrad Region. Released on September 29, 1939 due to termination of the case. Reinstated in the party on 04/08/1940.
