Born in 1906, Pochaevo village, Bezhanitsky volost, Pskov region; Russian; higher education - Leningrad Electrotechnical Institute of Communications; b/p. Upon completion, he was sent to Mineralnye Vody as the head of the communications center. Arrested (11)06/16/1937 on charges of belonging to the Trotskyist opposition. He was held in a prison in Pyatigorsk. Sentenced in 1939 by 3 years of ITL. Transferred to Mikoyan-Shakhar (Cherkessk). After liberation in June 1940. returned to Leningrad. He worked in Chudovo, then in Okulovka as head of communications. During the war, he was an engineer at the VOUS (military operational communications center) of the Volkhov Front. After the war - director of a vocational school of communications. Rehabilitated on October 5, 1960, the case was closed.
