By a resolution of the NKVD Commission and the USSR Prosecutor on August 28, 1938, he was sentenced to VMN under Art. 58-6 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. Shot on September 6, 1938. Rehabilitated on November 4, 1957 by the decision of the Military Tribunal of the Leningrad Military District.
