Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR dated 02/03/1940 “as a participant in a fascist military conspiracy” under Art. 58-1b, 58-7, 58-8, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, he was sentenced to heavy duty, the sentence was carried out on 02/04/1940. Burial place - Moscow, Donskoye Cemetery. Rehabilitated on April 29, 1955 by the Military Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces.
