Dyachenko, convicted by the Military Tribunal of the Kaluga garrison on 07/29/1946. according to Article 58-1 "b" of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years of labor camp, on serving his sentence from 02/05/1946, release on 12/28/1953. and following to the chosen place of residence - Karelian-Finnish SSR, Kandalaksha. Genus. in 1908 in Spassk, Khabarovsk Territory. Russian, b/p, higher education, hydrobiologist, researcher at the Research Institute of Hydrology in Leningrad. Volunteered for the front in August 1941. 09/15/1941 He was captured and remained in a German concentration camp until the end of the war. Repatriated to the USSR, on the way home arrested in Moscow in February 1946. Sentenced by the military tribunal of the Kaluga garrison on July 29, 1946. and the ruling of the military tribunal of the Moscow Military District dated August 29, 1946. to 10 years of labor camp with loss of rights for 5 years. He served his sentence in Molotovsk (Severo-Dvinsk) from August 1946 to September 1948. and at the Kuibyshevskaya State District Power Plant from 1948 to December 1953. Upon returning from prison, he worked at the All-Union Research Institute of Fisheries, then, until retirement, at the same institute in Leningrad.Rehabilitated by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on 03/05/1959. Died 1982(1984?)
