Arrested on 01/10/1944 and convicted on 05/05/1944 by the verdict of the military tribunal of the USSR NKVD troops for the construction of the North Pechora railway. from 1945 he worked as a machinist in Sevzheldorlag. In 1946, he escaped using forged documents and changed his last name to Fedotov-Lubentsov. Rehabilitated in the deportation case on August 10, 1960. Rehabilitated in the case of conviction on October 21, 1939 by the ruling of the judicial panel for criminal cases of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR dated October 30, 1959. Rehabilitated in the case of conviction dated 05/05/1944 by the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the USSR on 12/23/1959. He worked as chairman of the Astrakhan regional organization of the Memorial society.
