Zverev Nikolay Alexandrovich
Genus. 01/06/1928 in the village. Stepino, Lukovinkovsky district, Kalinin region; lower education; member of the Komsomol since 1944. Lived in Petrodvorets, Leningrad region. He worked as an administrator at the Aurora cinema. Arrested on March 31, 1950 by the Leningrad Region Department of State Security, accused of anti-Soviet agitation. He was detained in the Internal Prison of the UMGB LO. Sentenced on June 23, 1950 by the Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Leningrad City Court under Article 58-10 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years in labor camp with subsequent loss of rights under paragraphs. "a" and "b" art. 31 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR for a period of 5 years. On August 29, 1950, the Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR upheld the verdict of the Leningrad City Court. In custody in the Murmansk region, UITLC p/o 244/15. Released on November 13, 1954 by order of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR dated October 22, 1954, which overturned the verdict and dismissed the case. Lived in Petrodvorets. Died in August 1997.
