Born in 1894 in Lvov; Pole (Croatian); member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) in 1918-1937, graduated from the Military Academy of the Red Army in 1923-1925, was a military adviser in China in 1925-1927, an employee of the 2nd Directorate of the Red Army Headquarters in 1927-1929, assistant to the military attaché in Germany in 1929-1932, head of the Leningrad School of Tank Technicians in 1932-1937, head of the Leningrad School of Tank Technicians, colonel (13.12.1935), awarded the Order of the Red Banner. Lived in Leningrad (Mokhovaya St., bldg. 27/29, apt. 117). Arrested on 22.05.1937. Sentenced by the Commission of the NKVD and the Prosecutor of the USSR on 15.11.1937 under Article 58-1b-10-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Executed on 21.11.1937. Rehabilitated on 28.11.1956.
