Sentenced by the Military Tribunal of the 17th Army under Article 19-58-8 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years in labor camp. He was rehabilitated by the decision of the Presidium of the Primorsky Regional Court of 01.11.1961. and the Military Tribunal of the Trans-Baikal Military District on August 15, 1989.
