Berner Voldemar Yulievich
Genus. in 1886 in St. Petersburg; German; higher education - graduated from the Institute of Railways; b/p. Consultant for track service under the head of the South Ural Railway in Chelyabinsk. Since 1936 - engineer at Glavleningradstroy. Lived in Leningrad, st. 5-ya Sovetskaya 33/14, apt. 37. Arrested 03/05/1938. After his arrest he was transferred to Chelyabinsk. The Chelyabinsk Regional Court acquitted him under Art. 58-7, under Art. 59-3 sentenced to 3 years in prison. He died in custody on October 20, 1938 in the hospital of the Chelyabinsk ITK UNKVD at ChTZ.
