Born in 1883 in Pskov; Estonian; worked on the railroad. In 1914 he was arrested for political activities and exiled to the Turukhansk region. Since 1917 he lived in Krasnoyarsk. In 1920-1930 worked as a design technician at a ship repair plant in the mid-1930s. retired (personal pensioner), worked, on instructions from the Society of Political Prisoners, in the regional archive. Arrested 02/09/1938. Sentenced by the NKVD commission and the USSR prosecutor on May 20, 1938 on charges of KRO, KRA to VMN. Shot on December 27, 1938. The burial place is in Krasnoyarsk. Rehabilitated on January 28, 1959 by the Investigative Committee of the Armed Forces of the RSFSR.
